What to include
For a technical issue, include the page, device, browser, what you expected, and what happened. For Quran content or reciter corrections, include the surah, ayah or reciter name, the visible issue, and an authoritative reference when available.
Privacy reminder
Instagram and Discord are third-party services with their own policies. Do not send passwords, payment data, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information. JUZZ support will never ask for your password or payment details.
