How to use it
Write the date you start in the footer, then tick each box the day you finish that juz. If you miss a day, do not go back — read the next juz and leave the missed one for a catch-up day at the end. The point of the sheet is to keep the streak visible, not to be a perfect record.
If thirty days is too fast, print two sheets and take sixty. A plan finished at double the length beats a plan abandoned in week one. The unit to protect is the daily sitting, not its size.
Printing
A4, portrait, default margins, black and white is fine. The sheet is laid out to fit on one side of a single page; if your browser adds a second page, set the scale to 90% in the print dialog.
